WHEN DO I NEED A SERVICE CALL?

We recommend a service call anytime your heating and cooling system is not satisfying the temperature on the thermostat.  Other signs you may need service is filters getting dirty sooner than they should, water leaking from the furnace, abnormal noises being made by the equipment.

WHAT IF I NEED SERVICE ON THE WEEKEND OR A HOLIDAY?

We offer 24 hour emergency service.  Anytime you call our office 509-765-8524 between 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM our after hours scheduling service will make arrangements with the on call technician to assist you.

WHEN SHOULD I REPAIR V REPLACE MY HVAC SYSTEM?

Typical life expectancy for an HVAC system is 15 years residential.  As systems age they can lose efficiency.  Anytime your unit is in that 15 year range and requires a costly repair you want to consider replacing.

HOW DO I CHOOSE A GOOD HVAC SERVICE COMPANY?

When looking for the perfect company, ask your friends and family members for recommendations. Then, make sure the company has the proper license and insurance. After that, get a written estimate for the work they’re going to do (a good company should have no problem giving you a written estimate).

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CHANGE MY FILTER?

general rule of thumb for filter replacement is to hold the filter between you and a light, if you can see light through the filter  it is good.  Typically this is 2-3 months in a residential application.

HOW DOES A WARRANTY WORK ON MY HVAC SYSTEM

All equipment is under warranty on a residential system from the factory for the first 10 years.  If something were to happen, all the parts would be covered under that warranty. Labor warranties are available for purchase in addition, otherwise service rate applies for the installation of the failed part.
