HUTTERIAN BRETHREN 17,500 SQ. FT. COMMUNITY BUILDING

Worked with our client on a 10,000 Sq. Ft. gymnasium with 7,500 Sq. Ft. office space attached. The building was designed with high efficiency, communicating equipment. UV bulbs and electronic air filtration was utilized for indoor air quality. ERV's (energy recovery ventilators) were also installed to in increase energy efficiency.

SAMARITAN HOSPITAL REMODEL

This particular project was 8 phases. We worked in the the ER Department during an extensive remodel. The Emergency Room Department remained operational at all times during this project, as we modified existing HVAC systems to meet our clients needs.

FEDEX 12,000 SQ. FT. WAREHOUSE

This particular project was designed for delivery vehicles with a 2,000 Sq. Ft. office space attached. The warehouse was heated and could by high efficiency ERV systems. Since the warehouse had several delivery trucks parked inside special, designs were made for exhausting emmissions.

HOUSE OF PRAYER SLAVIK BAPTIST CHURCH

This new construction Church was a design build with 36 tons of Mitsubishi VRF incorporating 9 different temperature zones and a DOAS (dedicated outdoor air system). The VRF technology is capable of simultaneously heating and cooling at a high level of efficiency. The equipment is also capable of providing year round heating without the need for electric heating elements.

NORWEST PROCESSING PLANT CHILLER PROJECT

We worked with our client to design and install a chiller that would cool essential equipment in their processing plant.

TEN PIN 12,000 SQ. FT BREWERY

Installed mechanical systems for a brewery. The building contained office space, warehouse space, and a 20,000 Sq. Ft. cooler.

OUR LADY OF FATIMA SNOWMELT PROJECT

INSTALLATION OF A 900,000 BTU SNOWMELT SYSTEM AT THE NEW CCD CENTER TO MELT SNOW & ICE TO PROTECT PATRONS FROM SLIPPING. THE SYSTEM USES HEATED GLYCOL CIRCULATED IN CONCRETE TO WARM THE SLAB IN ICY CONDITIONS.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT CARWASH

WE DESIGNED A BOILER SYSTEM TO PROVIDE PRESSURE WASHING EQUIPMENT WITH INSTATEOUS CONTINOUS HOT WATER FOR WASHING OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT.

GORGE AMPITHEATERE

INSTALLATION OF (7) WALK IN COOLER/FREEZER BOXES WITH REFRIGRATION EQUIPMENT. INSTALLATIONS OF SEVERAL PACKAGED AC'S INCLUDING TEMPORARY COOLING SYSTEM FOR STAGE PERFORMERS.

SUMMIT LIVESTOCK FACILITY

INSTALLATION OF HVAC EQUIPMENT FOR MULTI-BUILDING EGG FARM INCLUDING VRF AND VENTILATION SYSTEMS FOR BIO SECURITY BUILDING, CRITICAL COOLING MCC ROOMS, AND CRITICAL HEATING LAYER HOUSES.
