HUTTERIAN BRETHREN 17,500 SQ. FT. COMMUNITY BUILDING
Worked with our client on a 10,000 Sq. Ft. gymnasium with 7,500 Sq. Ft. office space attached. The building was designed with high efficiency, communicating equipment. UV bulbs and electronic air filtration was utilized for indoor air quality. ERV's (energy recovery ventilators) were also installed to in increase energy efficiency.

SAMARITAN HOSPITAL REMODEL
This particular project was 8 phases. We worked in the the ER Department during an extensive remodel. The Emergency Room Department remained operational at all times during this project, as we modified existing HVAC systems to meet our clients needs.

FEDEX 12,000 SQ. FT. WAREHOUSE
This particular project was designed for delivery vehicles with a 2,000 Sq. Ft. office space attached. The warehouse was heated and could by high efficiency ERV systems. Since the warehouse had several delivery trucks parked inside special, designs were made for exhausting emmissions.

NORWEST PROCESSING PLANT CHILLER PROJECT
We worked with our client to design and install a chiller that would cool essential equipment in their processing plant.

TEN PIN 12,000 SQ. FT BREWERY
Installed mechanical systems for a brewery. The building contained office space, warehouse space, and a 20,000 Sq. Ft. cooler.

SAMARITAN SERVER ROOM
Our client had us install a 15 ton backup cooling system for their server room. This project had many obstacles to overcome as we were working over expensive equipment and valuable data. Obstacles overcome were limited spacing for duct work, working over running servers, and cutting large penetrations in a concrete roof over the servers. This project was challenging and successful.
